After downloading the file, run it and when the dialog box opens click "accept" to proceed.
2. The second dialog box will prompt you to log in for an account, Click the register button to register for an account "note: do not use you LOL account on this hack, just in case.
3. After verifying your account with your gmail or yahoo account, you can proceed with the login dialog.
